  • IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN THE DOMFORMS PRODUCT?
    Online store www.domforms.com strives to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and the best product quality. If for any reason our products do not meet your expectations, we offer our customers a 14-day return policy from the delivery date. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer. Purchases made during promotions, sales or other promotional periods are not accepted for refund. Damaged, used or painted items are non-refundable.

  • HOW DO I MAKE A PRODUCT REFUND?
    To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused. The packaging in which the goods are delivered must be placed in another packaging box or wrapped with plastic bubble wrap so that it can be returned undamaged.
